Potatoes and Squash should be stored out of the fridge. Potatoes store best in a paper bag in a cool, dark place.

Salad turnips are great sliced and eaten raw, or you can boil them along with potatoes to make mashed potatoes or roast them with carrots. Greens are edible, too! For longer storage, remove greens from roots.

Some folks deliveries are wrapping up! If your box has the LAST BOX message on it and you feel that there’s an error (if you did schedule a hold and it didn’t go through) or any other mix-ups, please contact us! You do have the option of adding more deliveries! Go to your dashboard and click where it says “schedule more deliveries” and you have the option of getting boxes delivered for the remainder of the season. Let us know if you have any questions.
