beets
leeks
carrots
saladmix
spinach
cauliflower or romanesco
salad turnips
radishes
potatoes (red or blue)
peppers
delicata squash
buttercup kabocha squash

Notes on the box.

If you can’t eat all the peppers now, I like to dice them up and put them in a freezer bag for winter stir-fries and hashes. You don’t have to thaw them out before cooking, just straight into the pan!
Kabocha squash is really dense and makes an excellent pumpkin pie if you are ready for that already!

Cosmic Wheel Creamery Cheese Shares.

Circle of the Sun and Cheese Curds! Circle of the Sun is great melted on top f roasted veggies or cubed up and put into a salad.
While Cheese Curds are a perfect snack just as they are, you can also toss them on top of a bowl of chili or veggie soup and let them get a little soft from the heat it’s really great!
