Community Supported Agriculture

2010 marks our second growing season here in New Aubrun WI, just 80 miles east of the Twin Cities. As growers we have over 10 years of experience between the two of us. We take great pride in what we do and love everything about this way of farming.
CSA is our bread and butter, our primary way of selling produce. Which means you get the best of what we grow. Some farms use wholesale as a primary way of selling and will use CSA to get rid of their second rate produce that isn’t pretty enough for retail markets. Not us. CSA is first and then we sell to a handful of restaurants in the Cities.
We are also strong supporters of Harvest for the Hungry a program of the Emergency Food shelf Network, which in 2009 supplied local food shelves with over 55,000 lbs of fresh locally grown produce. If you donate to Harvest for the Hungry in our farm name, your donation will be matched by EFN to purchase produce from our farm and go to feed those who need it the most. Helping the farmer and those who use the food shelf. http://www.emergencyfoodshelf.org/EventsAndNews/UpcomingEvents/EventsItem.aspx?pkID=191shapeimage_1_link_0
